License agreement
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This agreement describes what you may do with the digital assets you purchase from MemoryJournal. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.
1. License grant
Each purchase is a one-time buyout that grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded assets for personal journaling and personal creative projects. No subscription is required and the license does not expire.
2. Permitted use
You may use the assets in personal digital journals (for example in GoodNotes and Notion), in prints for your own use, and in personal social media posts that do not sell or promote the assets themselves. You may keep backup copies for your own use.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the assets or their files, whether in original or modified form. Commercial use, use in client work or products for resale, uploading to shared asset libraries, and claiming authorship of the assets are prohibited.
4. Ownership
MemoryJournal retains all intellectual property rights in the assets. A purchase grants a license, not ownership of the files. If we reasonably believe this license has been breached, we may suspend download access for the affected orders.
