Refund policy

Because every purchase is an instantly downloadable digital product, refunds follow the rules below. Please read them before completing a purchase.
1. Digital goods
All products on MemoryJournal are digital files delivered by download immediately after payment. There is no physical shipment and no return of goods.
2. Eligible refunds
You may request a full refund within one hour of payment, as long as the purchased file has not been downloaded. Refunds are reviewed and approved by our team.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not available once the purchased file has been downloaded, or when the request arrives more than one hour after payment. Duplicate payments for the same product are refunded after verification.
4. How to request
Email support@memoryjournal.com with your order number and the account email used at checkout. We respond within two business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. Depending on PayPal and your bank, it can take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear. Download access for refunded orders is removed.
